Very friendly colleagues, Strong family oriented type firm. If you are under a good department head, we could learn a lot of things. Friendly working hours in certain projects and HO.
Minpunten
Same family orientation kept all the old world culture and forgot about the rapid modernization. Certain projects are really hard on life with huge working hours a day. Certain department heads just mind their own work and there isn't any team work or general well being environment. No OT for direct employees.
