Thank you for your feedback. While our turnover numbers are in line with what's standard in the professional services industry, that certainly doesn't mean we don't have improvements to make. Some turnover is healthy and provides growth and new experience opportunities for others, but we need to be careful about not letting it tick up to a point that causes undue hardship or loss of insights for those who remain.
