just salary nothing else now.

they fired 15 people in one day. Some of these people were working with edifecs for 2+ years. This is an absolute irresponsible behaviour from higher management. There is no statement from CEO or higher management of the company on the recent firings. As i am writing this still people are getting fired. Its absolutely pathetic situation here. It seems the remaining good brains in Edifecs have already started searching for jobs outside as the Company has lost its trust and exposed itself truely.

Edifecs had the best wellness program and the office was gorgeous! Almost all of the leadership was great,

Emails went into a black hole for a lot of people, sometimes people were promoted who really shouldn't have been.

Edifecs sold it's soul to Cotiviti. Cotiviti pays its employees WAY less than Edifecs did so many talented people saw the writing on the wall and left or were laid off. Edifecs senior leaders and board pretended to care about people until they saw $$$$$$. Run away. This org only cares about profit. Not people.
