My experience at EduEdge provided me with strong exposure to backend administrative operations and the importance of structured processes in ensuring smooth day-to-day workflow. I developed a deeper sense of systems thinking, understanding how individual tasks contribute to overall organisational efficiency. The role also encouraged the use of technology, including integrating AI tools into daily work to enhance productivity and continuously improve processes. In addition, I strengthened my communication skills through regular customer interactions, gaining insights into the psychology behind customer decisions and how to manage expectations effectively. The fast-paced nature of the role can at times result in a high workload and pressure, particularly during peak periods. Some administrative tasks may also become repetitive over time, and the need for constant attention to detail can be mentally demanding.
