Pluspunten
Eduscape has been around for 10+ years and has never had a negative posting until two seemingly bitter former employees, one who we suspect was asked to leave, who were difficult to work with decided to unleash unmerited derogatory information about the Company.
I've been employed by Eduscape for several years and have experienced the following: employees being treated like equal owners, receiving flowers and/or gift cards on their birthdays, getting a bottle of wine and restaurant gift card after a long stretch of travel or end of a project, the owner going out of his way to check in when a child or spouse(my) is ill. Hear a dog barking in the background? That's because they are dog friendly and it's fairly casual albeit intense with deadlines at times. There are p/t educators who have worked with the company for over 10 years and still enjoy the people and work, and are treated like their part of the family.
Workwise, they try to stay on top of Edtech and the leadership always seems to be obsessed with making sure that innovation is meaningful. The Company has some really great partners in companies and nonprofits who contract them to run their training. I've been treated with respect and always offered new challenges.
The Company's various partnerships allow for good diversity of work, it's rarely boring.....
