      Pluspunten

      Pay was decent for the area. Mostly M-F work week with some Saturday overtime. The planner position was in an office environment.

      Minpunten

      The planner position was a challenging job to learn and required extreme attention to detail. There were deadlines that had to be met and no room for errors.

      Pluspunten

      I really enjoyed working for this company. The culture is very friendly and family oriented and I felt like management cared about my well being. Very good work/life balance, I was able to modify my hours to work around my children. Senior management is doing everything in their power to keep the company profitable during the decline in the industry and prices. Printing companies are falling by the minute and I believe Edwards Brothers is in a position to come out of this industry downturn on top. That being said, it won't be easy (and it hasn't with wage cuts and consolidation), but its necessary for the company to prosper. I don't believe employees give management enough credit.
