The entire team works hard because they know the person next to them is working hard and supporting them. There is no question as to how far the organization will go to ensure that the proper training, tools, and resources are provided to unlock the potential of each contributing team member.

We are a well-established yet growing organization - the "cons" that come with that, I guess (growing "pains")... It all depends on how you look at it and your attitude towards it. Being part of something that is growing, and to put your fingerprint on it, is incredible.

The onsite staff was outstanding. The team was solution-oriented and very positive. The atmosphere onsite was excellent, and everyone wanted to deliver the best possible event for the end client. We did a fabulous show, and I thought everyone was pleased with my work.

When applying for full-time work, I was told that my resume and experience were excellent, and I made it to the interview stage with the senior management team. After that interview, I was told I did not get the job, but when I followed up to ask for places I could improve, I received nothing but silence. I was also told that, since I did well as a freelancer and my resume and experience were extensive, they would continue to reach out to me for freelance work, but I have received no calls since then. All in all, it feels like I was sold a bill of goods.
