One must ask himself, how many times does the team have to change over a short period before the "right team" has been selected by those running the company? The tools necessary for getting the job done professionally and of sound quality are lacking or late to arrive, leading to cutting corners and questionable decisions made by the decision makers. Do your homework before considering this as a viable career move: research the management team as well as the owner(s) of the company. Be wary of things said by those you might interview with and look to add substinance to any claims made under your own accord.
