No technical leadership. Ask technical questions to their so call "Architechs" and there were two of them, neither can offer any guidance at all. Made me wonder if they knew any software at all. Inept Marketting department that squandered all the earnings on failed projects. Now that their only contract customer is wising up to them, they are sinking fast.
When I first started I thought it was great that they did not micro manage anyone. Then slowly I figured out why, they can't manage and their technical skills are way lacking. Not talking about the working engineers. It is their so call techincal directors/architects.
