Projects are well structured and organised from the very beginning, which sets everyone up for success. Suggestions to streamline workflows are always welcomed, and senior management is open to new ideas and finds ways to implement them into day to day which is refreshing! Such incredible projects to work on and opportunities to travel. But one of the best parts is the office culture; the team is warm, supportive, and genuinely gets along, which makes each day so much more enjoyable.

Great work environment, everyone is extremely encouraging and ensure your design ideas are valued. Good perks like working from home, good holiday and summer hours.

Not much to say. Reading other reviews regarding staff turnover, I would disagree. It’s a project based industry and people coming and going comes with this. You will find this at most professional companies.
