As well trying to build your team is a nightmare and can take much time, and as well some that try for over a year or two, and they are still there. I would actively recommend looking into DFW. They use to be Lime Light Management. As well if you happen to be there, you see the constant hiring of new people because many works a week and two and do not show up ever again. There is a reason for that. Your first couple of days will not seem bad they take you home by 6 pm. But after a week or two, they aspect you of being at the same level as those they are there for years. As well you will be forced to do morning meetings and also nightly meetings. You can not skip these not endless you have a good reason. There is just so much I could say DFW, but in the short run, I would strongly recommend not to go. You will eventually see the cons for yourself. As well I wouldn't be surprised if five positive reviews come after this post. If you work there, you will be required to post positive job reviews to make it seem more legit but honestly just away and keep applying.
