I love working here! The management is so supportive and understanding. This company believes in a good life/work balance. You have to come prepared to work every day because you get really busy after you've been here a while. I love building relationships with my clients. It is very rewarding to watch them grow. None really, other than you wont see the increase of pay. until about 3 months or so, but when you do its worth it. They had charge backs . but from what I heard they no longer do those .which is huge! Health insurance was high especially if you have a big family.
