They are doing all of their homework with training to make that happen with exposure and marketing efforts to support them in the future. The team is great and open to forward thinking and changing along the way.
Minpunten
The smaller size of the firm makes it harder to invest in software and office surroundings to improve the quality of workplace for the employees. Open office is fine, but a private meeting room that's not a person's workspace is needed.
