They will only give raises when you put in your 2 week notice, or when minimum wage is set to increase due to government mandate but they will mask it as a raise. Training a replacement is a hassle for them due to already high turnover rate so they'll try to increase wages as a desperate attempt to retain talent. Constant layoffs, treat your full time position as temp employment and continue looking for the next job. Hiring managers have been asked by interviewees about the negative reviews on here so many times that they started fabricating positive reviews. Any positive reviews are from upper management trying to drown out negative reviews as they have been struggling to hire decent talent due to string of negative reviews since 2018. They have stopped when they realized its too much work to create new emails and accounts.
