Pluspunten

Hele fijne collega's, goede sfeer, goede regelingen, Amsterdamse lokatie, internationale omgeving, steady bedrijf, promotie mogelijkheden mits je het juiste netwerk hebt (zonder netwerk kom je hier nergens).

Minpunten

De afdeling waar ik zit is ongestructureerd, het beleid zwabbert (en dan bedoel ik niet per jaar maar per dag), besluitvorming is stroperig en ondoorzichtig. Hoe je iets presenteert is belangrijker dan wat je presenteert. De focus ligt zo wie zo meer op presentatie dan implementatie. Vrouwen worden niet altijd met evenveel respect behandeld. Er zullen in elk bedrijf een paar rotte appels rondlopen, maar deze afdeling is een kweekvijver voor slecht gedrag en het ergste is; het wordt continue beloond met meer macht en promoties. Dat is mogelijk omdat het betreffende board member zelf deze cultuur neergezet heeft en zijn "volgers" beloond. Daarnaast denk ik dat je inmiddels wel kunt vaststellen dat de Franse Management cultuur nogal botst met de Nederlandse, dus waarom zet het bedrijf elke keer hoge Franse managers neer op cruciale plekken met veel Nederlanders? Er is om die reden veel Nederlands talent onnodig vertrokken inmiddels...
