The excessive workload is draining and unsustainable. - Extremely Toxic Leadership, there is rampant bullying, gossip, and "backstabbing", which fosters a hostile and unpleasant work environment. - Despite the numerous complaints and feedback provided by employees, no meaningful changes or actions have been taken in the 2 years I have been here. - HR to cover up for the leadership's failures and does not speak the truth about the issues. - No bonuses.
