Pluspunten
Benefits are good although reduced in the past year due to the company losing money. After working here 5 years I have 28 days vacation and carry over 10 more. There are some work from home options and I like the people in my area. It's not too bad for me since I am close to retirement but don't recommend to anyone under 40.
Minpunten
Management is pretty much as bad as it can be. Many hired based on nepotism. The CEO is a woman who was previously a lobbyist not a career CEO, seems like a nice lady but I would have found a shark with experience. Lot of management turnover too, new CEO and CFO in the past year. Cost cutting is the main strategy after losing money recently partially due to Obamacare. With cost cutting they have reduced headcount and wiped out departments and try to outsource a large part of everything else.
