Great working environment, good management and solid industry and HQ support. Locals are managing the operation. HQ people is very cross cultural oriented, due to Brazilian country background of open and mixed society.
Minpunten
Long working hours, due to 11 hours time zone difference with HQ. Interactions with HQ can be very exhausting due to long trips and phone calls. HQ personell knowledge of China is somewhat limited and sometimes insufficient to invest in mutual development of potential business opportunities.
