Great people and students make the job worth while

Managment makes questionable decisions which effect the bottom line. Lots of inconsistencies that do not match the business model. Company run by pilots and academics not business folk so lots of trouble spots

Most staff are great people. Working with the students is a real bonus, great energy.

Senior leadership are snakes. If you look up toxic work environment, they click off almost every box. It's sad really because there are so many great reasons to work there.
