      Management doesn't have any strategic vision or plans for growth. Company is supported by Montefiore Medical Center - the parent company and therefore most of the projects are related to the hospital. Management is a bully kind. HR knows about the situation but prefers not to do anything.

      Company embraces new technologies and encourages continuing educational advancement. Provides attractive benefits.

      There is no hierarchical organizational structure under management. Employees are put under pressure to work through lunch and late hours. There is little to no consideration for health and family. Don’t be fooled by the different titles. Technical Leads and Application Analysts who accept these positions quit within 3-12 months.
