There will be all the pros that you can think of if you completely shut your brain off, do only what you're told by your boss, do not offer any efficient ideas and most importantly - Never raise your voice. In short you'd have to be flawless at sycophancy and then you're set for life. You will never leave this workplace if you can do this.

Minpunten

- No empathy for any employee whatsoever - Complete disregard for anyone's personal issues or mental health - HR is the WORST / you can never go to them expecting any resolutions or any peace - The work culture is extremely toxic - There is a lot of politics amongst employees and the top management - They will forever hold your salary even if your serve complete notice - You will start having so many health issues, mentally and physically if you start working here and unfortunately carry on even for a month - You would never be appreciated if you're not a flatterer - You will never be able to take leaves unless you're the special one

Emoha’s core idea — improving the quality of life for elders — is its ONLY redeeming aspect. The concept has genuine social value and the potential to create meaningful impact if managed and executed professionally.

Minpunten

Emoha operates on a franchise-based business model that lacks strategic direction, structured planning, and corporate governance. Employees are frequently placed on franchise payrolls, which, in the majority of cases, are single-person entities without proper HR processes, policies, or compliance frameworks — effectively functioning in a highly informal manner 'lala company'. Franchises are often compelled to hire staff on their payrolls under pressure to generate revenue, even when they lack corporate exposure or adherence to basic labour laws. This absence of structure and compliance plus no support from Emoha, leads to operational instability, significant unrest among Business Development (BD), Nursing Officers (NOs), and Nursing Heads (NHs), and in many cases, the eventual closure of franchises and termination of employees — resulting in considerable career disruption. While the company continues to onboard approximately 10 new franchises monthly, nearly 60% withdraw or shut down within the same period due to poor support and negligible revenue generation. As a former mid-management employee, I was asked to leave under unclear circumstances, and despite presenting evidence to contest the decision, the HR team failed to provide any justification. My Full & Final settlement remains pending to date, reflecting poor employee relations and accountability practices. Overall, the organization operates in an unstructured and highly unprofessional manner. Prospective employees and partners should conduct thorough due diligence before engaging.
