The cons of the job does come as a surprise as well; Any role, in any sector, would experience its busy periods, and while we do have Team members that work hard during peak periods, i.e, holiday camps, competitions, etc, they are fairly compensated. We have a track record of low attrition rates amongst full-time staff, and have cultivated positive relationships with both current and previous staff alike. Ex-employees, whether they be perm staff, freelancers or interns, have returned to help out with the Team, on an ad-hoc basis. We value a culture of open communication, where employees can raise their concerns with Management directly.
