Pluspunten

The company cares about its people. This has been the case for the last two CEOs before the acquisition. (Not so much with the original founder.) The previous CEO cared about the people a lot and created a great culture. A new CEO came in in 2015 and carried on the passion for listening to his employees, but I felt he also brought a sense of urgency and purpose to the company. We really started to see the results of his and the entire leadership teams efforts in the second half of last year. This was just prior to being acquired by Kronos. Surprisingly the Kronos team seems very people focused as well, so I hope our positive momentum continues.

Minpunten

A lot of change. Previously not a lot of brand recognition, but I am hopeful the Kronos acquisition will address this.
