Pluspunten
The people working in non-management positions in development and QA are super nice, genuine people.
Minpunten
- Very low pay, this can be seen by the fact that pretty much all of their developers are recent south asian immigrants who may just be looking for a job to make ends meet. Same goes for their offshore developer contractors in Bangalore, India.
- Management is evil and conniving. As the other reviews state, management makes big claims just to get contracts. They only care about money and do not care about the people.
- As someone else stated, the general feeling is that you are expected to work extra hours without billing the company. whether they be on evenings or weekends. This will get you a bigger 'bonus' at the end of the year.
- If you want to be promoted get ready to stay there for at least a decade
- If they need to let someone go they fire them in the morning, without any warnings or notice. While I worked here I had known at least 6 people who got let go this way
- The billing industry is very repetitive and the work is menial; you don't learn much working here
