Pluspunten

Endsight is an excellent company at which to upskill and move into different positions. People are internally moved through positions in accordance to career planning and interest and there is plenty of opportunity to learn new things and get better. The company has also been flexible with employees who, for example, need time off in excess of their available PTO. The pros of working here outweigh the cons, in my opinion.

Minpunten

Compensation at Endsight, including benefits and salary, is below what others will offer. The company will struggle to retain talent unless they improve their compensation. Endsight struggles with stability, changing software, job responsibilities, and initiatives often. These decisions are obviously planned at a management level, but come out of nowhere at a lower level requiring rapid shifts. You must be willing to work with that as an employee.

- Leadership from top to bottom. - You learn a lot, real fast. - You get to travel to customer sites and they are all different. - Pay is good and paid by the mile if you're travelling to customer sites. - Berkeley site was super cool. Very startup feel.

This company has consistently failed to meet expectations. Firstly, the reviews on this platform are misleading. Leadership has, on several occasions, encouraged employees to flood these pages with positive reviews to dilute the impact of genuine negative feedback. Leadership performance is a significant concern. The owners are minimally engaged in the day-to-day operations and seem disconnected from the realities of their teams and departments. Referring to them as “leaders” would not be accurate. Career opportunities here are another major disappointment. Managers frequently promise promotions and career advancements, but these rarely materialize. It’s disheartening to hear of instances where the same promotions or “next steps” have been promised to multiple employees simultaneously, creating a sense of distrust. Compensation and benefits leave much to be desired. One of the owners even stated in a company-wide call that employees seeking higher pay should consider working for a larger organization. The low salaries are compounded by subpar benefits, including limited time off and inadequate healthcare plans. Employee morale is notably low. Mechanisms for providing feedback to leadership were removed after they were flooded with negative responses. Rather than addressing the concerns, leadership chose to eliminate the feedback channels entirely. This decision underscores their unwillingness to engage with or address legitimate employee grievances. The workplace culture also raises red flags. Professional boundaries were frequently crossed by some managers who brought up personal religious beliefs in inappropriate settings. Instances like these, combined with a lack of action from leadership, highlight a lack of organizational maturity and oversight. If you’re considering a role here, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This is not a company that fosters growth, stability, or a healthy work-life balance. During the interview process, you may even encounter lowball offers with vague promises of future increases—promises that often go unfulfilled. For those seeking opportunities in the MSP space, there are several other organizations in the area that provide better leadership, career progression, and work-life balance. Save yourself the frustration and explore those options instead.
