Great benefits! Management listens to your suggestions and will quickly implement ideas. Very relaxed environment too. Everybody knows each other and is welcoming.

Minpunten

Very much male oriented community. Sometimes it is a little rough around the edges, but once you figure everybody out, it is rather easy to get along with everybody.

As a distributor of the ever popular energy drink Red Bull, employees get to attend all the events with VIP treatment. Overtime is allowed every day and almost expected to be used. The day begins and ends early so it allows time for other jobs or activities, and its Monday through Friday. Incentives are good and there is always some kind of contest for extra cash or prizes.

Minpunten

Long hours are a must to meet quota. Some of the senior managers think too highly of themselves. One is responsible for all merchandise on hand, so if something goes missing it comes out of one's pocket. Must deposit monies collected at the bank every single day which can become an issue specially if one is working overtime.
