Communication between certain departments still needs work.
Can require late hours during certain projects and over 40 hours a week if it's necessary.
Leadership not always on the same page, but it was improving over time.
Can require a lot of phone call time depending I the job description. Not cold calls, just a lot of communication with clients, labor partners, and internal between off site employees.
Some individuals at the company give off unfriendly vibes, but I would not say it's the majority at all.
The company ownership may be changing soon, but it also may be more of a collaboration rather than a buyout. That was all mostly behind the scenes so can't say for sure
