Forward-thinking company and great learning opportunity to build skills. Great opportunities to refine and practice skills. The people assigned to daily tasks are amazing and the opportunity to create long-lasting friendships is rampant.

Minpunten

Lack of accountability and emotional intelligence within leadership. The entity is very reactionary and doesn't strategize well. Directors are hit or miss with some overtly choosing favorite employees and creating hostility among others.

Pluspunten

LOVE the people I get to work with. Everyone is pulling towards the same mission. The work is interesting. Get to meet lots of cool people at lots of cool companies around the country.

Minpunten

Nothing substantial when it comes to cons. As always there are days that are worse than others, but that's any job anywhere.

Pluspunten

Strong work ethic from all departments. Good office culture. Willing to train in employees for several roles. Decent pay with market rate increases during my time at the company along with annual raises and bonus potential. Wide variety of clients to keep things fresh. Office parties and annual events for both the department teams and the company as a whole. Coworkers generally know what their goals are and how to do them. Work from home potential and many employees work remote full time. All travel expenses compensated. Awards hard work effectively for the most part. Good Healthcare along with 401k matching 100% up to 3% of your income and another 50% up to 5%.

Minpunten

Communication between certain departments still needs work. Can require late hours during certain projects and over 40 hours a week if it's necessary. Leadership not always on the same page, but it was improving over time. Can require a lot of phone call time depending I the job description. Not cold calls, just a lot of communication with clients, labor partners, and internal between off site employees. Some individuals at the company give off unfriendly vibes, but I would not say it's the majority at all. The company ownership may be changing soon, but it also may be more of a collaboration rather than a buyout. That was all mostly behind the scenes so can't say for sure
