Some of the leaders have major ego issues. It almost doesn’t make sense. They senselessly fire anyone for no real reason giving the others who haven’t done anything wrong no job security. And I’m not talking about those who deserve to be fired. I’m talking about the ones that certain leaders feel threatened by for being smart, driven and successful. Not worth staying here unless you like an easy job and just want to coast.
