Upper management is completely unsupportive of subordinates. When upper management needed something from you it was top priority, when you needed something from management even as simple as approval for a purchase order or documentation of some kind the request was completely ignored making it very difficult to do your job. The attitude was that their time was more valuable than yours, This was the culture with all of the managers but it did not prevent you from getting chastised by one of them if your request was ignored by another. People need support and responses to requests in order to do their jobs efficiently but management did not care. They were only concerned with their own needs and what you could do for them. I also have a strong feeling that positive reviews on this site were actually written by management.
