Minpunten
• Think of all the toxic stereotypes and Entree Health is the nightmare of all nightmares. • Not surprised Entree Health is rated 2 stars and has decreased 8% in the last 12 months. • This should be a lesson in what not to do and to listen to your people (employees not in leadership). • Teams are very unhappy. They talk about when they're going to quit or place dibs on who will quit next everyday. • Internal teams discuss constantly how fake leadership is. • Never have I ever worked at a place where the people are so miserable with awful sweat shop practices. • Absolutely NO work-life balance. • Work done by teams not appreciated and continue to be burnt out with no help in sight. • Teams spend as much time complaining as they do with their actual work. • Entree Health continues to live in the past and uses didactic tactics to coerce their employees. • Turnover is horrendous. • Onboarding is nonexistent in all departments. • They will throw money or a promotion at you if you threaten to leave. • Recent new hires left after a few weeks due to the dysfunction and Entree Health being a bad place to work. • Lack of mentorship and leadership from manager. Could not depend on manager to care less about my career. Limited, poor, or irrelevant feedback provided. • Entree Health keeps hiring junior staff as they will not push back on their untalented and egotistical leadership on staff. • Leadership is an absolute joke and hated. Talk about the most awkward chemistry and lack of emotional IQ. They put people who hate each other together and force them to fake it until they make it. IT’S LIKE PULLING TEETH EVERDAY. • Entree Health is significantly behind in an agency organization with out of touch dinosaurs drinking their own Kool-Aid 24/7. • Leadership is led by instilling fear and being unprofessional regardless of what it takes with a high disconnect with rest of agency. • Disingenuous leaders who are not relatable and don't make you want to work with them even if I’m paid significantly more. Throwing money at me will not make these leaders more likeable and make them more decent human beings. • Leadership lacks basic communication skills. They are scripted and corporate, only seen randomly and with no real connection to the rest of the agency. • Leadership office hours are a joke and only solidify how socially awkward and bad these leaders are. Fakeness at its finest. • Leadership forces people to pitch even if it means we are burnt out AF with our daily work and the agency is in sheer chaos everyday. • Most of leadership have never worked elsewhere and don't know what great looks like outside these walls. They are puppets of their own BS. They will end and retire their careers at Entree Health not knowing anything else.
