As another reviewer has said "Entrust Datacard is made up of a very tight-knit group of long-term employees." Those employees can be bad at their job, but tenure allows them to stay because and cause even more issues. The ideas that float around here seem to be repackaged ideas that failed previously, but are repackaged with new bells and whistles as a means to shift problems from one pile to another, long enough to make revenue reports look as good as possible. In the last year, there has been an increase in worker turn over, because the consensus is that people are getting tired of being underappreciated and overworked by a management team that fails to understand the real issues, and look towards the future, instead of looking at philosophies that are outdated. The advancement in the company is almost none existent. Once you're in a position you're in it for life with no real chance to advance. Management constantly changes, it appears that every 6 months or so changes to the management structure need to occur. This doesn't promote confidence in management when changes are occurring so often and with little regard to the people affected by the changes. In a 2 year window my organization chart has fluctuated with 2 director changes, 3 manager changes, and 4-5 priority changes. The underlying amount of not professional behavior that occurs is something that is shocking. When management isn't around in most cases, and in some areas, the management partakes in this behavior would definitely raise concern with Human Resources, but people are asked to work it out and to discuss issues.
