Management in certain departments lacks leadership skills. Promises are made but rarely followed through. Communication is reactive rather than proactive. Salary reviews are handled poorly in some parts of the company, the process is repeatedly delayed, vague promises are made to keep employees waiting, and when a decision finally comes, the raise is lower than discussed and arrives much later than expected. Some parts of the company function well, others are clearly dysfunctional and feel unsustainable longterm.
