Enview hired me fresh out of college and I couldn't be happier! What I've appreciated most are the opportunities to bring value to the company. As a young adult with little experience it's great to work for a company that realizes when employees have good ideas and entrusts them to implement those ideas.

It's a start-up so there are times when you have to wear multiple hats or put in a little extra time to meet deadlines. This isn't really a con because management highly values work/life balance. So I have never felt consistently overloaded with work.

Team very accommodating to requests d) Full kitchen to cook when wanting to. 5) Fair salary & options 6) Complete ergonomic workstation 7) No over reaching or dogmatic managers. Team works through any issues seemlesslly. 8) Two week sprint cycles 9) Many outside advisors used for specific specialized knowledge

1) Lots and lots of work to do - we're a driven crew - not a place for a slacker or someone wanting to coast. 2) We're growing and need more staff
