They have an on-site data team who can help you make sense of complex environmental information. Everyone, including the director, has an open door policy. It's easy to ask questions. There's plenty of good work for environmental advocacy. They give a wide variety of assignments, ranging from researching and writing a memo to communicating with the media and speaking at public hearings.
Minpunten
There isn't a formal mentoring program. It's not a problem since everyone is open and willing to share. However, if you want more guidance you will have to speak up.
