- Pay, especially for someone right out of college - Above average healthcare - CEO actually seems to care about the company and her cause

Minpunten

- Terrible, TERRIBLE work- life balance - First impressions are extremely important- I know several people who screwed up early but did exemplary jobs later on, and were ignored because of that first impression. I also know people who rode the first impression, and got away with mistakes/errors that they shouldn't have.
