People I work with are highly intelligent and have diverse backgrounds. The company it self is very proactive and also encourages it's employees to generate and cultivate their ideas. They expect much from their employees and you're given as much responsibility as you are willing to take on.
Minpunten
Some of the worst downsides are also the same as the upsides. It's difficult to predict what you'll be working on in a given day, which keeps things exciting, but also stressful at times.
