-Management is young, which can be frustrating at times. They don't always handle difficult situations as well as I would expect, and your experience at Epic is dependent on having a manager who watched out for you. -Work/life balance is nonexistent. High expectations from our customers and a need to please leads to a lot of late nights. -If you don't like traveling, don't consider implementation. travel can exceed 80% at peak times.
