Leadership appears to care more about customer success/happiness over that of employees. Stock program requires long term commitment. Would be better if you could just buy stock at a discount. Maternity/Paternity policy is barebones Overly process-y. Team Leads and other managers are not really empowered to make decisions and lead. Medical Records are not the sexiest thing out there
