Pluspunten
Dogs in the office, some cool coworkers, highly respected experience which transfers well to future jobs. Bonus at the end of the year and a yearly raise if it's a good year. The last 10 days or so of the year the office is closed for the holiday music industry lull.
Minpunten
Unrealistically low pay for the LA area and the amount of hours actually worked. Long 9-6pm hours, even when there is not any work left to be done at the end of the week. Additionally you were expected to attend concerts anywhere between 1-4 nights a week, which received no additional pay. If you want this job to be your whole life it will be a good fit for you, but the lack of proper pay makes it difficult, especially when you see areas where money is going to waste. Female employees felt somewhat undervalued and felt ignored at meetings at times.
