This is a hard working job, great for single people who are workaholics, but may not be the best environment for married/family oriented people-since the job is hard work and requires many hours outside of work (pay is salary NOT hourly). There are lots of different processes/components to recruiting that can get overwhelming. The reason why I left was because I was working more hours outside of normal working hours (7am-6pm). There were times I worked 7am to 2am up to the next day. This job is for people who enjoy a challenging and fast pace environment.
