      Pluspunten

      Learned a ton both inside my functional area and outside of it. Amazing people. Free lunch. They use to be in a really cool neighborhood (Williamsburg) but have since moved to Chelsea.

      Minpunten

      Lots of work and a lot of pressure to ship! If you love shipping (both literally and figuratively) this will be a great place. If bureaucracy and predictability are what you're looking for a bigger company may be a better fit. If you thrive with less structure and unlimited potential this will be a good fit for you (but not for everyone).

      - Great startup environment, everyone works hard towards the goals - Love the glasses gratis program, you can have great discount or even buy for free from our amazing brands. - Lots of opportunities to learn new stuff - Awesome and friendly colleagues - Flexible time off policy

      The individual employees were amazing and a true asset to the company. They were the reason things were bearable, we were all in the same boat. The boat seems to be profitable now.

      Minpunten

      Management was exhaustive, arrogant, socially awkward yet caustic, irrational, and culturally biased. It is understood that a start up starts from somewhere but when a constant stream of degradation flows from the company's figurehead you need to draw the line, like so many employees have and a co-founder. If you are running an internet based business wouldn't it be first priority to keep the internet running so your employees could do their job?
