Management can be aggressive and often act unprofessionally. Personal criticism is often very vocal and shared in front of your peer group. There is no opportunity to share your opinions as the method and direction will be dictated to you. Expectations are high, timescales short and failure to achieve unrealistic targets are not well received at all. Do your research, ask about staff turnover, speak to local agents and get their thoughts on this Company. Rather dated 40 hour week and 20 days leave.
