This company is going downhill partly due to the big drug makers' actions within the 340B landscape. Since senior leadership has very little expertise in 340B they don't know how to handle it. There is no congruity between departments and everyone just blames everyone else for their failures. Leadership from the operations team will encourage low level employees to focus only on patients who make the company a significant profit, in turn causing patients that they don't deem to make them enough money to miss out on getting their medications on time. They have the ability to track medication adherence but choose not to do so because they know the actual numbers would be so low. It will only be a matter of time until one of Equiscript's patients ends up in the hospital or even worst dies as a result of their lack of care for their patients.
This company used to care about patients, but no longer does. The culture is horrible, and a majority of the company if asked wouldn't even be able to tell you what the company's cause is.
