Implemented return to office despite giving every indication that they would not. Many people moved far away from the office and have to travel several hours to get to the there. The work did not suffer from being remote. They are not listening to their employees. They threaten the employees who say anything negative about the policy. Everyone is upset. Management is just stonewalling and intimidating us to keep our mouths shut.
