A kind of professional isolation as international because I represent a minority and you are somehow limited as information in comparison with others as sources sometimes (but somehow I took this compromise since I came here without realizing truly how valuable is for your own development especially when you truly enjoy to work with people and not acting like a sort of consultant -internal) .I mean you can.t ask anyone between internals because they get scared of English first of all and secondly you heed to know how to ask what exactly to ask and sometimes as junior you don.t have the bigger knowledge /experience and you are prone to some small errors through your trials which could be taken as bad thing by others sometimes.
