      - Good overall benefit - Feel good to work with a company with a great vision to help people - Flexible working approach, being in Essilor requires you to be agile and having an entrepreneur mindset

      - Very strong French culture, for myself who had been in an american company for long time, it is very hard to adjust - Chaotic work structure and process, as a global company, the system and process should be more in place - Lack of cooperation from global to regional and to country level. No strategy exist, you have to think everything on your own without knowing what's going on in the big picture

      Horrible base salary Horrible culture Discriminatory Was not impressed by Leadership team Seemed very arrogant but most unprofessional group of people I've ever witnessed in my 25+ year career Cult like Training program was like boot camp and trainers were unprofessional, had cliques, and were insulting These people are brainwashed If you are not brainwashed you don't fit in If you don't drink their cool aid they do everything in their power to discredit your abilities and let you go I have PTSD from my short time there They are brow beaters and not encouraging
