The company really cares about it's employees. Best benefits, best outings/parties, discounts gifts, special events to show you they appreciate you. There is some interesting clients to work on, and the upper management really pushes for quality.
Minpunten
I felt it was kind of cliquey, people are friendly enough but hard to make friends. Hard to move up in the food chain.
