Extensive paid leave, very high salary, contribution to public good

Conservative mentality (albeit improving thanks to new recruits) Admin/HR framework to modernize urgently. Heavily influenced by Air Traffic Control mentality and habits (often toxic and geared to preserve allowances and privileges for few people in a golden cage)
