      - Mission focused business. - Opportunity to be challenged with new projects and different experiences the longer you stay with the company. - Teaching and impacting lives by delivering live (hands on) and online content makes it feel like the company is never stagnant and always has something going on that you can pitch in to help with. - Management is open to new ideas, trying new tools and allowing people the opportunity to fail without fear of reprisal.

      Minpunten

      - I was occasionally pushed outside of my comfort zone but after the initial stress of that, I realized I was being given the chance to learn something new or challenge myself which spices things up and helped me mature as a working professional.

      Everblue is a company that cares. Their passion and commitment to providing the best experience for students comes through in everything they do, including how they treat their instructors. I always felt like I was a real member of the team, even though I only worked part-time as a contract instructor. They valued my feedback and tried their best to address the few concerns I had over the years. I loved the work I did for Everblue. The classes were fun and the students were great. My time there was some of the best of my career. If I ever get bored with my new role as a retiree, Everblue would be the first place I turn.

      Minpunten

      I traveled a fair amount, which was good for a while, but I definitely grew tired of eventually. If you're looking to work for them, be sure to ask about travel expectations.
