Management in the Raleigh office stands out as particularly unprofessional. Over the course of my tenure, I witnessed over 10 colleagues leave due to the actions of one individual in a leadership role. Despite this clear pattern, upper management made no visible effort to address the root cause or support those affected and instead continues to lose strong talent or hinder the success of those who could thrive. After transitioning to a competitor in the same role under more effective leadership, I’ve found so much more success & professional fulfillment. It’s disappointing that the Raleigh office refuses to reevaluate its leadership structure and continues to earn themselves a sharply declining reputation. I won't be surprised in the slightest when they close their doors. There is also little or no room for career growth in a reasonable amount of time, which is extremely discouraging on top of low base pay and poor commission structure.

I - Needed help with my workload and, despite repeated requests over the past year, I still haven't received any help - Increasing responsibilities without proportional salary growth - Bonus structure adjusted to be more difficult to achieve - Multiple internal teams laid off. Work transitioned to outsourced teams with lower perceived quality - Reduced sense of ownership and care from external/outsourced teams - Movement away from autonomy toward increased oversight - Reduced trust compared to earlier experience - Meeting Overload (“Meeting Fatigue”) - Uncertainty About Future State - Concerns around remote work longevity - Lack of clarity on role growth, support, and company direction
